Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

EU customers: Risk of loss and damage remains with us until the item is physically delivered to you. If your order is not delivered, please contact us at info@blackoutpoet.art and we will resolve the issue.

US customers: Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
